Отслеживание Deutsche Post, DHL и DHL Global Mail

Мелким пакетам, пересылаемым через Deutsche Post, присваивается уникальный 12-значный номер, по которому можно отследить перемещение груза до его экспорта из Германии. Заказным и срочным письмам (мелким пакетам до 2 кг) после экспорта присваивается стандартный номер для отслеживания вида Lx123456789DE или Rx123456785DE.

Посылки и мелкие пакеты, пересылаемые с помощью DHL Paket International и DHL Päckchen international до экспорта из Германии, также имеют уникальный 12-значный номер, который после экспорта заменяется на стандартный международный номер отслеживания МПО и имеет вид:

• Rx123456789DE – мелкие пакеты массой до 2 кг,
• Cx123456789DE – посылки массой от 2 до 20 кг,
• Ex123456789DE – посылки массой свыше 20 кг (до 31,5).

Отслеживать движение МПО из Германии можно на официальном сайте Deutsche Post / DHL, где в поле строки Sendungsnummer необходимо ввести 12-значный внутренний номер Почты Германии и нажать кнопку «Suchen».

На следующей странице Вы увидите, что в строке UPU Code (номер Всемирного Почтового Союза) после экспорта из Германии появился трэк-номер в международном формате. Также на этой странице доступна информация о способе доставки, деталировке движения посылки и возможность узнать имя адресата.

Для мелких пакетов Global Mail Packet Standart и Priority присваивается трэк-номер вида GM12345678901234567, отслеживаемый на странице сайта DHL Global mail. К сожалению, отслеживать такие мелкие пакеты бывает возможно только до момента экспорта из страны отправителя МПО, но как известно, эти МПО проходят транзитом через Германию, где они нередко передаются партнерам по доставке в конечную точку маршрута. Этими партнерами может быть и Почта России / EMS, украинский Росан и т.  п. В этом случае на этапе транзита через Германию, Вы можете увидеть уведомление о присвоении внутреннего 12-значного номера отслеживания под надписью Delivery Partner. Этот номер необходимо использовать для отслеживания по инструкции, приведенной выше для Deutsche Post / DHL, т. е. он будет изменен на стандартный трэк-номер вида R(С, E)x123456789DE для отслеживания в системе Track & Trace.

Стоимость отправки мини-бандероли весом до 2 кг с размерами 35,3×25×3 см составляет 8,93 евро.

Express Mail Service (далее EMS). Так называется услуга, которую оказывает австрийская почта по экспресс-доставке товарно-материальных ценностей, критичных ко времени использования. Адресат, проживающий в Австрии, сможет получить посылку до 12.00 дня, следующего за датой ее отправки с использованием EMS-сервиса. Во что обойдется ускоренная доставка, можно узнать, ознакомившись с данными в следующей таблице:

International Letter Mail Plus is an inexpensive shipping option available if the following requirements are met:

• EUR 15 minimum per batch (including all additional services)
• Pre-printed and completed posting list based on our Österreichische Post template
• Postage paid for with the Österreichische Post franking impression

Особенности отслеживания посылок

Сервис почтового оператора предоставляет возможность отследить посылку из Австрии. Для этого клиенту следует использовать трек-номер, присваиваемый в отделении Austrian Post любому регистрируемому отправлению.

Данный код нужно ввести в поле, которое появится на любой странице сайта, в том числе и ,  после нажатия на кнопку Sendungsverfolgung (Отслеживание).

Типы трек-номеров

Трек-номер представляет собой последовательность из 13 символов, включающую буквы и цифры. Примеры этого кода для отправлений различного типа приведены ниже:

• RA012345678AT – присваивается регистрируемым (первая буква R – registered) мелким пакетам весом до 2 кг.
• CD012345678AT – с буквы C всегда начинается трек-код посылок, вес которых не превышает 20 кг.
• EE012345678AT – первая буква номера отслеживания быстрой доставки всегда E.

Последовательность цифр может быть любой, и она призвана обеспечить уникальность трек-номера. Последние 2 буквы – AT – говорят о том, что страной отправления является Австрия.

Track and trace your parcel by tracking number

A tracking number is a unique code assigned to almost all postal items (except for unregistered mail). More often than not, it comprises of several alphanumeric characters but can consist of just numbers as well.

Tracking number format very much depends on the regulations of each postal/courier service. For instance, tracking codes that correspond with UPU S10 standard are made up of 13 characters, while the ones for SpeedPAK are about 30-symbols long.

DEFRAA это аббревиатура экспортного сортировочного центра в международном аэропорте Франкфурта, Германия. Посылки покидающие Германию, вначале попадают на таможенный контроль в таможенный пункт находящийся в аэропорту Франкфурта-на-Майне, где посылки проверяют на запрещенные к пересылке вложения.

Другой крупный сортировочный центр Deutsche Post, находится в Radefeld, рядом с Лейпцигом. В нем обрабатывается до 3 миллионов отправлений ежедневно. Поэтому не удивляйтесь если посылка немного задержалась в Radefeld, Germany.

Introduction to the Austrian postal service

However, on 1 May 1996, the organization became a public limited company, Post und Telekom (PTA), and just three years later, was split into two companies. The telecom side became Telekom Austria, which was fully privatized in 2000 and listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange. The postal side, however, became Österreichisches Post AG and remains a government entity. That said, services are becoming increasingly liberalized.

The first standardized mail route was created in 1490 and ran between Innsbruck in Austria and Mechelen in Belgium. In the 1500s, the network of mail routes expanded to connect Austria with major cities in France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. And by the 1800s, the system had grown to include letterboxes and money orders. In 1918, with the increasing use of planes, international airmail was introduced. The first route ran between Vienna, Krakow, and Lviv.
